I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and very comfortable rooms, and excellent service from the staff. However, the location was not up to my expectations regarding the standard I associate with Hilton, but it was still conveniently close to the airport.

The service is exceptionally nice and helpful, always going the extra mile to accommodate guests. While the location is conveniently near Toronto Pearson International Airport and central to nearby stores, it may not be the best for public transport to Toronto downtown. The dining options are available, and the facilities are top-notch.

The staff, especially Hasam at the front desk, were extremely efficient and polite. The location, though not ideal for walking to shops or restaurants, offered a quiet and relaxing atmosphere close to the interstate. The dining experience was basic with good quality food options, but an added cost. Overall, a good value for the money with great facilities.
